Overview
A top lemon law firm in Century City is seeking a Call Center Representative for a 3-week temporary assignment. Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound call returns for the CLE team and settlement-related matters
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, addressing questions and concerns
- Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring positive client interactions
- De-escalate situations and respond with empathy to client concerns
- Support settlement communications and follow-ups as needed
- Accurately document all client interactions in Salesforce
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication
Qualifications
- Strong phone presence with a professional and polished communication style (no slang)
- Excellent outreach and client engagement skills
- Ability to de-escalate situations and demonstrate empathy when handling client concerns
- Tech-savvy; comfortable using systems such as Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in gaining experience within a law firm or client services setting

Duration
